Implement and manage the USACE Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Plan. Conduct preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections. Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and approved submittals. Coordinate quality activities with project teams, subcontractors, and USACE QA staff. Maintain QC documentation, reports, and corrective actions in RMS/QCS. Identify and resolve non-conforming work</p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong>&nbsp; 5+ years of construction experience with QC on federal or Construction Management Degree. USACE CQM for Contractors certification (required). Experience with RMS/QCS. Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
