Delivers classroom and online/virtual training to employees. May develop additional online training programs. Assists in identifying training needs of employees and departments. 

    Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience – Two years of related experience.

    Description: Administers and exercises oversight of all workforce programs and center services in full-service and satellite Workforce Solutions of Central Texas centers under his/her jurisdiction. Performs complex program administration work including establishing program and center goals and objectives, and developing program and center guidelines, procedures, and policies. Also develops priorities and standards for achieving program Goals.

    Experience: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university plus four years of full time experience in the development, implementation, or interpretation of policies and procedures. One year of qualifying experience specified above may be substituted.
