SPEAKER BIO

As a veteran in the employee benefits industry since 2007, I partner with HR, Finance, and Executive teams to design and manage a competitive benefits program for recruiting and retaining top talent to their organization. I specialize in disrupting the status quo and driving a process that is going to deliver solutions that can be measured and managed. I take a proactive approach to cost management solutions providing my clients with the strategies and tools to ensure their program is sustainable for the long term. Cost containment is critical for the health of the balance sheet, but the strength of the benefits package is equally as important.
